GUIDE FOR BUYERS
Shipping is available for most items. Photos should be considered as a part of the description.
We advise all bidders to read the Terms and Conditions of the Sale before bidding with Millers Auction Co. Those who bid are bound by those Terms and Conditions of the Sale, as amended by any oral announcement or posted notices, which together form the contract of the sale between the successful bidder (purchaser), Millers Auction Co and the seller (consignor) of the lot.

TERMS OF SALE
When bidding on any lot offered by Millers Auction Co, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following Terms of Sale:

CONDITION OF ITEMS
Millers Auction Co makes every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales. However all items for sale are "as is,".  It is the bidder's responsibility (present or absentee bidders) to determine the exact condition or authenticity of each item. Millers Auction Co will not be held responsible for typographical errors.  All measurements of items are approximate, not exact.  These measurements are in inches.
Abbreviations-
SST = Single Sided Tin
SSP = Single Sided Porcelain
SSA = Single Sided Aluminum
SSM = Single Sided Masonite
DST = Double Sided Tin
DSP = Double Sided Porcelain
DSA = Double Sided Aluminum
DSM = Double Sided Masonite


If there is a tie bid between any online bidder, and the floor, the floor bid takes precedence.

BID INCREMENTS
Bid increments listed are a general guideline. Actual increments are at the auctioneer's discretion.
$0 - $100.......................................$10
$100 - $200....................................$25
$200 - $1,000..................................$50
$1,000 - $2,500................................$100
$2,500 - $10,000..............................$250
$10,000 +.................. Auctioneer's discretion

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The auctioneer will determine the highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary due to a dispute. If there is a tie bid between the floor and Internet or absentee bid, the floor takes bid precedence. Ownership of all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, or when auctioneer states the item is sold. The buyer will then assume all risk and full responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed.

BUYERS PREMIUM
A 15% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase cost. 

SALES TAX
All buyers with a Wisconsin shipping address will be charged 5.5% sales tax. If you are from Wisconsin and tax exempt. Be sure to register your tax exempt info with Millers Auction Company.  Currently if we ship your items outside of Wisconsin. No sales tax will be charged.

PAYMENT

All merchandise must be paid in full within two (2) weeks of the date of the sale. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted, all sales are final. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks/ certified checks, money orders, and cash. Make checks payable to: Millers Auction Co. Millers Auction Co reserves the right to hold items paid for by personal check until said check clears. Millers Auction Co has the right to hold all checks over $2,000.00, unless a letter of credit is provided from the bank. Note: Customers who have an established successful buying history with Millers Auction Co may be exempt from this. Call 715-299-2543 to pay your invoice by phone.

Note: There will be a $30.00 service charge for returned checks.

In the few situations where a successful bidder does not remit payment when due, please note that Millers Auction Co will proceed with the legal steps necessary to protect its interests.
